    Power Supply Question

Am I right in assuming that a 36V DC 9.7A power supply would be suitable for the 3 axis 305oz/in HCNCPRO kit? Any feedback appreciated

Yes, that power supply should work just fine. A regulated power supply would be best. You do not want to go over 40 volts or it can blow the driver chips. HTH

Not really. I never use a regulated power supply for my CNC projects. I heard an unregulated power supply is actually better.
