    RFQ-Al Machined part

I'm looking for quotes for the following part

made from 6061 Al. Please quote for a quantity of 25,50, and 100.

Tolerances for this item are not super critical +/- a couple thousandths would
    be more than sufficient

Drawn to scale the corners look different than dimensioned. Is this still acceptable?

First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

yea, those are rough dimensions and the sketch was done in paintbrush, I will finalize the dimensions as i know more but thats approximately what it will look like.

Hmmm... The inside corner tool radius can not be sharp if the outside radius is 3/16 and the wall thickness is 1/16.

Sorry I didn't make it more clear, the 1/16 wall only extends to the depth of the 0.65 shown. A sharp corner in the bottom of the pocket is acceptable along with the thicker wall between the bottom of the pocket and the bottom of the part. The "all around" was just referring to that view.

    Does that clarify things WayneHill?
