inside arcs with comp doing "loop de loops"

Whenever I do an inside arc on my FANUC 10m, I get full circles then it goes on it's way to do the program as programmed.

    It happens with I, J, and R.

I recently accidently erased all my parameters and re-entered them through a parameter list from leadwell

Why not post an example of the code so we can take a look?

Does it do this on the lead-in G02 arcs also? I assume it worked properly before the parameters were erased?

Yes, any arc where the cutter's 'inside' the arc.

I get a little apprehensive with just plugging away. Idon't want to wreck anything.

Are you familiar with parameters for spindle gear selection?

Up to 1000 RPM, my speed quadruples. Over 1000 (even 1000.5), it's just fine.

My 10M manual is 180 miles away, sadly. I'll take a look when I get home this evening. What make/model machine is this?

I need the spindle speed parameters. They are 5600 to 6000

Just out of curiosity, have you contacted Leadwell? They may have copies of the parameter list for that machine.

I have a copy they sent me. It's missing the spindle ratios, though.
