Redi-Rail® is designed as a perfect linear motion solution, and has been utilized to accomplish several critical tasks; such as automation, machine transfer and material handling applications.
End joinable for long length applications, the Redi-Rail® guide rails ensure both rigidity and precision with their sturdy design. The rail is composed of a durable aluminum structure that sustains a lightweight design without sacrificing strength. Running parallelism is held to ±.001’’ (.025mm) for the length of the guide rail. The guide rail is also precision machined using a PBC Linear proprietary process for repeatable accuracy throughout the life of the system.
The Redi-Rail® linear slider glides swiftly along the precision ground steel inner race of the guide rail. Using innovative double row ball bearings, the slider can move at consistent speeds up to 10 m/s! The double row ball bearings also allow for enhanced static loads ranging from 225 lbs to 1300 lbs. Complete with a patented side pre-load adjustment for easy application fine-tuning, the Redi-Rail® slider supports precision linear guidance even in tight spaces.
