Why Do BobCad all of the Sudden shut down

hey guys- need some help. for some reason whenever i try to post or verify this file, BobCad gives me the "unexpected error and has to shut down". I have no idea why. I tool pathed all night and would post as i go and then got done and all now it won't post. i have no idea what to do. I started taking out features and when i got to 4-5 it would finally post. it seems crazy. I'll call BobCad in the morning but in the past they haven't been much help so i figured i'd turn to you guys. I have the file if anyone wants to check it out, let me know. I tried attaching it but it wouldn't work. any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a loss.

    To post your file:
Right click on it and select Send to Compressed Folder.
This will create a .ZIP file that you can post here.

I looked your file over and found the following:

The feature labeled Precise Pockets Rough had the chamfer option selected, I unselected it and everything posted fine.
It may just be an issue with the tool definition but I didn't explore it much.

I changed all the Work Offset #s to a common number.
When you redefine a UCS, Bobcad automatically increases the Work Offset number. (this is not always what's wanted).
With this corrected, Verify works correctly.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE check all your code before running this part.
It's obviously an expensive part and the Verify feature within Bobcad does NOT always represent what the code produces. Don't ask me how I know.

Again, I only looked for what was keeping file from posting. I did not look at procedures or for any other problems.

    Good luck,
