Ok, so I am building this simple 4th axis part. When I go to backplot, it shows the endmill goingin Way past the origin, to the positive x axis, to where it would run into my rotary table. Does anyone have any suggestions why?

It looks like the pocket you have chained goes over the origin line in the X+ direction
Yes it does, the problem is that the spindle is going 10" too far in the x axis when it is above the part. If you do a backplot, you will see how it goes way too far.
That didn't happen to me when I back plotted, all of the cuts around the part were contained within the pocket geometries, try posting out the program and see if the large X moves are in the G-code
