Hello every one.... is somebody able to help me?
I have problems with A504K.. when loading the files of the PLC
when this in the installation process
it doesn't finish.... and it puts an error..... "Register not connected Y131"

In other times I had reinstalled those all the parameters
without any problem....

same problem here, I think you have to know how to boot from the floppy disk
does anybody have the instructions on reloading the plc, it just says input/output error

Hi all.
Is there anyone who can tell me if you can use G code X Y Z generatet from PC then transfered to the CNC by floppy disk?

example would be nice

I ask because right now we program directly on the CNC point to point and we use autocad to get the point to points and then punch them in manualy and some of the programs are very very long so it would be good to have a program where you can import the autocad drawing and generate the X Y Z and just copy it to a floppy disk and load it as a SUB program.
Any ideas is helpful guys.

Hey redline5.
A generic error on a Tria 7500 can be many things, but the most common is that there is an error an the disk or the disk drive is corrupt.
If i my memory is right, you might have to leave the write protection open on the disk whit the plc files, when you are reloading them.
Unfortuanily i dont work whit a Tria 7500 anymore, so i can`t try i out myself.
