    Sherline 5400 circle cutting

I just replaced the brass nut for the x-axis lead screw on my mill recently. When I run some gcode that involves cutting circles, the circles are coming not as good as I'd like them to be. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any advice on what I can adjust so my circles look more circlely?
