What alarm (or problem) has come up on the machine?
Can you tell us more so that the community could offer any advice?
We have an LB25 here but not too sure if it is a LB25II or not. The books are not in real great shape, but I could look something up for you and try scanning any relevant pages for you, but need more info.
Brian.
thanks for your reply, non working footswitch problem, the classic of alarms machine not ready.
those are the main ones the others i can fix when i get those two working
thanks broby
What broby is asking is the entire alarm code line
the alarm #
the alarm severity level
the alarm description or fault
followed by a number or letter
sometimes finishing with a hexadecimal string
All this info points us to the possible fault, the manuals would give a couple of solutions depending on the alarm info
You have only given us something like " my car is making a noise....how do I fix it ?"
PS. Have you looked at the "Diagnostics" page ?
non working footswitch problem
very easy to diagnose exactly. First, look into check data for signal "CHP2" and next to it, what could be abbreviation of "chuck pedal 1"
"chuck close" pedal can be double action - it's possible to understand pushing it by hand - You feel the next spring resistance from the middle of pedal travel. Then You need to find three signals.
Pedal electrical switch could be broken also. Easy to see.
Must likely, there is problem with cable to pedal unit.
Thanks for all your reply's my boss has now got hold of a set of manuals and i can now fix the machine as most of the problems were just wiring by the so called expert who installed it. wont be calling him again ..lol
Well at least you are able to get up and running now.
Do remember that the more info you give the easier it is to help!
Went and had a look for information on our machine, but it is a OSP5020 system, so would not have been much help.
Cheers
Brian.
