Hello.
I have an idea to build my own driver for 3-phase hybrid stepper motor, with realisation of a microstep mode.
If to do it in forehead, it is possible to take three independent full brigdes and to set currents in windings as three sins shifted by 120 deg. (This method is used in conventional bipolar driver for 2-phase motors.)
But in this case I should use 12 MOSFETs, that is not the good decision.
At me such question:
If I use the more simple three-phase bridge consisting of six MOSFETs, and connect motor windings as a star or as a triangle, do I get to set the current as well? How much difficult will be hardware and switching logic?
If you have any references or documents on this subject, please help.
