Hello All,
I was running the Charmilles Robofil 2000 Mod 1990, suddenly machine shut down, screen shows alarm "E01 P02?".I reload communication software and re-reference all axis. It still happens. Please help or show me what happened.

I don't know, but i can highly reccomend a fella that repairs these machines for his job. You can find him on CNCzone under the handle "Mdynac". Not sure how often he's on this site but he should answer a PM. If not, PM me and I can find his phone number. He's out of the west Chicago area but goes all over.

Hello Karl,
Thank you for your quick answer. I just call Charmilles and talk to the tech support guy. He suggested to check the voltage (should be 380V). I double check our mach. it has only 359v. I just change the legs on trans. Hope it will be fine. I there is still problem, I will ask you for his #.

Hi Guys,
Lately, my Charmilles Robofil 2000 (1990) has alarm "E911: Lim. HT1"
I reload software, it still happens 4-5 times a day.
Please anyone could help. Charmilles wanna tune-up service, unfortunately, I can't afford it.
