Cheap HF router bits, just plain cheap?

    Hi gang -

I'm looking to get some bits to play around with. I haven't surfaced or cut anything with my cnc yet, and time is running short before I start school. Mail ordering good quality bits may take some time. Are these HF bits usable/worth the price to play around with?

Hard to go wrong for $6. Typically, I'd say never buy HSS router bits, but I might be tempted to try the 3rd set for $12.99. Since a 1/4" carbide spiral is usually $20+

Thanks Ger. I'll take a twenty spot to HF and buy me a set to play with.

I have some of the 1/4 spirals and they are OK, The thing I don't like them is that where they spiral, they are thin which makes them flex a lot so you have to be careful with feed speed. Other than that they are fine
