    Need Help!-410 servo alarm A-axis excess error

    Hello,
    Machine gives this piece after the alarm prepares.What to do?
    Fanuk series 18i-T model A,Machine:Mori Seiki SL-153SY.

    One of the first things to check is if the axis can move freely. If there is some sort of physical binding or drag you can have all kinds of problems not electronic related.

    Is it an indexing axis, or a full rotary? For indexing is it unclamping, and for indexing can you determine if it is unclamping (if it has a clamp/break)?

    Many time problems are something simple, just hard to find or isolate.

    Is normally the case, but if you are serviced and repaired nearly 200 machinery (3 man), Manufacture of pressing than it is fast and hard to find fault.
