I'M WORKING WITH MASTERCAM V8 WITH A FAGOR 8055M COMMAND. WITH THIS GENERAL POST I CAN'T PROGRAMMING DRILLS TO THIS COMMAND BECAUSE THE LETTERS DOESN'T MATCH WITH THE DEFINED CYCLES, FOR EXAMPLE I HAVE TO HAVE A CYCLE LIKE THIS: G69 G99 Z5 I B


Z= SECURE DISTANCE
I= DEPTH
B=peck,


BUT WHEN I USE THIS POST INSTEAD OF "I" APPEARS "Z".

I NEED YOUR HELP TO FIND ONE GOOD SOLUTION!!! THANKS!

What I can tell you is that Mastercam has a good working post for the Fagor CNC here in the USA, I assume this is available for overseas too. Talk to your local Mastercam dealer.

Hope this kind of helps.

(As a side note, you can also program this cycle in a conversational-type automatic method at the CNC..... for example, simply key in the G81 command and press the "help" key and it'll prompt up a graphical picture and fill in the blank programming)

We use YPV-100B (13S-75) AC Servo drive for plano milling machine.Now it get alarm N0.4,Over Heat.But not the motor fault.If we change this drive & test with another drive ,the whole machine is good, can operate well.How can we change/correct temperature setting of this AC drive.
