I used autocad inventor to draw the skull, i the imported the file in to Visual mill. I then picked a engraving tool path and Presto changeo. I am using a 1/8 4 flute pointed carbide cutter. I have tried to use actual engraving tools, but i have found the pointed endmills to work the best on all materials.
I'm really interested to know where you bought the 4 flute pointed endmils from, I have been using quadrant engraving cutters, but they tend to be too fragile at sometimes.
As I live in Australia a web site or email address would be very helpfull.

Hi Keith,
some questions, yesterday I finally had time to start playing with the SpeedMaster, after configuring it and making it move and start/stop the spindle:
1) Can you post a couple of pictures on how you connected the mini pump to the coolant tank?
2) Does your pump goes on all the time even with spindle off?
3) The spindle has an extra air intake near the collet, any suggestions about its use? I guess is to keep chips out of the innards of the spindle.
4) any extra comment would be welcome too
I would ask Xushuo but its national holidays in China
Thanks!!
