    arrow 1000 alarm code 44-6 - need help

    We had servo motor on the "X" axis rebuilt. After installing motor we got alrm code 44-6.

    Cause : the Grid align for the "x" axis completed it's alignment move without finding the marker pulse

    Remedey: check the encoder w/ring and marker pulse setup is located in the Servo Configuration Axis Data the index invert A and index B must be set correctly on the marker. Pulse may be missed

    My question: how do we set Index Invert A & B ?

    Have you tried slowing the feed rate down during the alignment?I get the same error from time to time on one of my Arrows.

    I had exactly the same problem before. Solution: Adjust your "TRIM" value of X servro setting. Make it slightly larger to allow servo to travel further while finding marking pulse.
