Hello I have come across this problem on 3 occasions and it is not an easy one to sort out over the internet. it will be long winded and frustrating.
first question what has caused it have you changed the hard drive?
what is the schematic drawing number of the machine? ( this is the bottom number on the silver label on the outside of the cabinet door ). do you have an a4 folder in the electrical cabinet? i will need to know what is in your MAI option list on the control.

you should now see an applet for MAI options
i will also need good photos of the TOP row of components in the electrical cabinet.
the MAI option content must correspond with the top row of components otherwise you get the error that you have.
please send any info to [email protected] if you want to proceed. i will try my best to help ( i have succeeded in the other cases ) but i was at the machines which helps.
