Can someone double-check this for me:

I am about to wire my stepper motors bipolar(p) (them and the drivers are just in, I don't have my power supply yet)

Yet (me being new to these kind toys) I am confused about the wiring. I've got myself these babies: Datasheet

following the datasheet at the bottom there is a (what seems to be) fool-proof wiring diagram for bipolar(p), yet I am confused by the "full step, parallel bipolar"-table at the top.

The fool-proof diagram suggests me to combine:
Blue/White + Red
Red/White + Blue
Green/White + Black
Black/White + Green

Yet the "full step, parallel bipolar"-table is talking about other wire combinations..

Appart from that which combination of wires will be A+ and which A-?

And finally (pfew): Is it ok to twist the wires in pairs? Esthetically it looks much better but maybe it becomes to hot or something else that I don't know about.

the fool proof way is wiring for bipolar parallel which generally gives you more torque at higher speeds but needs more current. Conversely bipolar series gives you more torque at lower speed and uses half the amps. Sometimes you wire bipolar series if your driver cannot output enough current.

you need to hook up one set of coils to a+ and a- and one set to b+ and b-, sooo
a+ = Blue/White + Red
a- = Red/White + Blue
b+ = Green/White + Black
b- = Black/White + Green

I would think it is ok to twist the wire pairs, if your wires are getting hot you like have too light of wire.

But it's still not clear to me what the "full step, parallel bipolar"-table is about, because if I combine blue/white+red (like we both came to the conclusion from the fool-proof diagram) how should I read that table? For example: it's not possible to power blue/white + red/white at step 1 simply because they aren't combined.

I hope someone can clear that up for me : )

Thanks for the links but I've already encountered those in my search these past few weeks ; ) I knew what the effect was of serie or parallel wiring, yet I was confused by the Datasheet since it gave me 2 ways (or atleast that's how I see it) to wire these motors bipolar(p).

so.. it doesn't matter if i connect them like this:

Blue/White + Red
Red/White + Blue
Green/White + Black
Black/White + Green

or this:

Blue/White + Red/White
Red + Blue
Green/White + Black White
Green + Black

it will both be bipolar(p)?
Doesn't the direction of the magnetic field affect the motor?

Or am I totally misinterpretating the "full step, parallel bipolar"-table? Should I just forget about that table and stick with the fool-proof diagram at the bottom?

I see what you mean, I just looked at the diagram and the wire colors. As long as you make sure the coils are not crossed between A and B you should not hurt anything.
