    Question T-14 -IB ROBODRILL WITH PALLET CHANGER

    i had a zrn alarm and fixed the problem that caused them....Now how do i get the machine to its original machine 0 or what do i need to do to establish where? How do i know the pallet changer will not crash? controls are 16i-m fanuc and machine is T-14 -IB ROBODRILL WITH PALLET CHANGER

    Again Absolute vs. incremental encoder issue.
    If it is absolute, the previous position is lost and you have to repeat the measurements.

    But, I am no expert. I just made a guess!

    The only way I know to do it is physically move the machine to it's zero position then toggle 1815.5 and 1815.4 off, cycle power and toggle both back on.

    on robodrill you have quick nc key ,on quick side you have soft keys chose maints, under
    maints chose axis orgin pick axis follow screen prompt
