    Alarms 1003 1012 1017 and 1021 on fanuc 16i robodrill t14 alpha

    Hello

    recently we found on power up that alarms given in title occur every time you turn on machine.

    There are no alarms on servo drives or to my eye, anything suspicious on the electrical cabinet.

    Xan anyone tell me where to start looking?

    It was extention I/O module at fault, replaced all three of them and it works fine.
