    How to control lead in and out in 3d programming

    hye guys, anyone can help me with this problem..In 3d programming i am using surface finish shallow in my cavity side..but the problem is lead in and out of toolpath is not too good because it automatically created by the system..can i anyone tell me how to control the lead in 3d program..because it will cause tool mark on that side..thank you

    If the surface is not ending against a wall, you can extend the surface by 2-3mm

    Also in "Gaps" the tangent arcs entry/exit is an option, ( not available if you use "Follow Surface" )

    Another is "Direction", this is a added linear lead in/out, do not use with "Zigzag", it is best to set this after getting the surface parameters correct ( check the endpoints of your surface paths carefully if using "Direction"
