    Flashcut?

I would like to convert my sherline mill to cnc. I was wondering if you guys could help to point me in the right direction? I was looking at the flashcut system with bobcat or visual mill. Is the flashcut system worth the money? I also thought about getting 4 gecko G210 drives and a Bob Campbell parallel port breakout board. I was thinking about using Mach1 and ether bobcat of visual mill. I not sure that this would be as expensive as the flashcut but I really am not sure? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I just found your post. On the Flashcut go for it. It is the most professional and user friendly package I have ever used. I make my living as an A&P as well. It will be good on just about any retrofit you do. Check out my Gallery. I have it on a mill and Plasma cutter so far. I want to try it on a lathe next. MechMan
