    16i-MB Screensaver

I have set the time for the screensaver on our Robodrills but it still does not go into the saver mode. Is there a parameter or keeprelay that needs to be set???? Thanks

    Hi,
On a oi control, parameter 3123 is the screen saver.
0 is off and any value entered is time.

    3208 bit 1 enables/disables screen clearing. 3123 is the time (1-255 minutes)

Arrrgghhhh. Still not working. I have changed parameter 3208 bit 1 to a 0 and adjusted the time in 3123 but the screen is still not turning off. Is there a jumper on the board somewhere? We have 4 identical machines and only one of them the screen saver works. I have checked all CRT 3100 to 3300 parameters and 9900 system config parameters and they are all identical.

    Screen

If the screen is turning on and off for a short period of time this can damage the display.

    LCD

If its the color LCD, the bulbs are only like 40 bucks for the backlight and last 3-4 years.

yes this is true.. BUT some of them you have to replace the entire thing aka lcd keyboard, both boards and the gray housing..
