Should work fine. I don't have any experience myself, but I know a guy who has a little:

Graphite is flexible, so extraction should be easy, and it's basically self-lubricating, but it will wear quickly. Should still be possible to get... ehhh... 100 castings from a set easily? Gee, that doesn't sound very economical, sand castings are fine up to the thousands as I hear it.

Thanks for the link. I just want to have a nice finish on the part if possible. And seems to me it will be less involving like sand. I have two full size VMC's so making the graphite dies is no problem just wanted to consult with some one on the tech details of making dies.
