    image to g code

Here is what I'm trying to do, I drew a simile image (monochrome) with 2 lines in it that intersect to form a '+'. I want mach 2 to cut that plus

here are the parameters I'm using
    Raster X/Y - 1 by 1
    Size: 1 by 1
    depth: 0.001

What I get is not the +, i get some diagonal line. What did I do wrong? I have attached the image and the g code

Thats not the way Mach2 works. It needs to cut the entire image, going back and forth with a small stepover after each pass. I think the diagonal line you see is the rapid move to the start point. The 1 x1 is basically telling Mach2 you want the g-code to be a single point, I believe. What you want to do is raster to vector conversion. You'd need some other software to do that.
