Hello i had the same problem with my dsp maxim speed 10000mm/m. the answer is simple find the "output pulse" in the menu and change the "pulse width" smaller i think that now is 7 in your case try it 5 and the see what is happened if it's not enought try 3

We have Ruijie CNC maschine with the DSP 501n Controller

I have error screen on my DSP controller handset.
"C driver error, press any button to reboot ......"

It seems to be frozen on this message no reboot.

I run Windows 7 and it does not reconize the controller and the sentek software seems to be useless.

Please if one of you cnc boffins out there could assist me it will be awsome thanks

Does anyone still have this problem? I got this problem with my DSP Controller this weekend. After a lot of struggle I found out that I had enabled the setting for hard limit switches in the Machine setup. This was done deliberately because I believed that I had hard limit swithes, doubling as both Hard limit and Home park switches. My chinese mill only have Home Park switches. Hard limit switches are two switches at every axes one in + and one in - direction. Home park switches are only one switch at each axes and at the Home Park Position end.

Do the hard reset! Following ... turn off the machine!

Hold down the button on RZNC (OK) when you turn on the machine ...
* select Reset, factory set ..
* Enter the settings for your machine ...

The DSP program can be reinstalled using the signtek software, (been there done that) you also need the software file( it should be something like 'Setup(RZTH501)_E_200721'

Maybe the file that you are talking about is one of those '.NEWBIN2'? Which one of them?
