I bought a used machine that this same problem. Does anyone have advice how to fix it? I have RZNC-D5416 controller, would be thankful if anyone sent me manual how to use it.

'Now when I change any settings, the DSP goes to "Cutting OFF the power to restart" and when I switch off the DSP and connect again, it shows, Z-Hart Limit. its going on processing, what shall I do.'

The DSP program can be reinstalled using the signtek software, (been there done that) you also need the software file( it should be something like 'Setup(RZTH501)_E_200721'
