The whole stand is probably shaking = shaky video. You can't tell from this if there is a problem with rigidity of the construction, or if the problem lies in the foundation.

It's been a long time and I've moved on to other projects. I'd like to sell this lathe or maybe part it out. It's currently in Queens, NY. More info to follow but PM me if you're interested.
Built this lathe around 2004. Made a bunch of parts on it. Never finished the enclosure so it sits as you see below. Looking for a new home. Someone mentioned the shaking of the machine in the video. I believe that was filmed on a table with a temporary stand. The motion you see is the lathe relative to the camera not any kind of flex in the machine. In my use of the machine I never had any problems with rigidity. The toolholder shown is really a bit big for this machine (it's off another lathe) so it's not included.
Bed is setup for gang tooling with threaded hold downs and reamed holes. Enclosure designed to accommodate a coolant sump.
I have $4000 into this project. I'm asking $1500.
Important parts:
Dunham 50M headstock with pneumatic collet closer
2hp Marathon vector electric motor
SJ200 VFD
Gecko540 stepper driver
Antek power supply 400W 48V
