    Redoing coolant catch

I'm redoing the coolant catch on my mill in the hopes of more efficient overall design - and one that doesn't leak .

Chips and coolant are funneled into a bucket, coolant leaks into sump. Chips stay in bucket that is the game plan anyway.

It's framed in with plywood, cleaned up with bondo and then fiberglassed. Will probably be doing 2 or 3 layers and then painting the entire table.

The mill will mount to two steel beams that will span across the table.

Nice start! hope to see it finished soon, my idea is similar except draining more towards the back and made from sheet metal...
