SH-5000, how can we make it faster?

    Hello!
    Machine is SH-5000, with MSG-502.
Allright, we are trying to make our Mori's faster at work..
So far we only come up with "light tool" setting to make tool change faster.

I have some questions that i hope someone can answer.
-When machining with a tool is done, we use G91 G0 G30 Z0 S0, (then same with X and Y)
But machine waits til' spindle is 0rpm before making x and y movements for next tool change, how do we set it so it does the x and y movement during spindle braking down? M5 does same thing..

-When machining is done with tool, and we want a tool break check, it starts of course braking down spindle at the Z specified at last movement..
Waits there til its 0rpm, makes a spindle orientation..
Then goes to machine 0 point for Z and position for tool measurement.
Can we make it to brake down, move to machine 0 point for Z, position for tool lenght check, while braking down?

-Is there anyway to make spindle to come up in rpm faster?
    And braking down faster?

Hmm, thats what i got in my mind right now..

Is there any parameter settings that are known that we could try?

    Any help welcome

    sh

I've never seen the s0 command before. Try a m19 instead.

see if there's a ladder update to use quick M codes (1000 series). these m codes allow machine movement before finish signal completion but as far as i know are only available on the newer model machines. also, as stated before, use M19 on your G0G30G91Z0 line. If it's at the end of the line the machine should start moving before m code execution... if not, there's probably a parameter somewhere to do so.
