Precision Plasma LLC sells a full line of DIY machines and kits ranging from 2' x 3' to 5' x 10'. Besides complete tables, we also will provide gantry kits for people looking to save more money. Contact me with your requests and I will be happy to offer you a kit to match your exact needs.

The 5' x 5' table kit shown above does not include anything but the frame, slats, gantry, Z axis, belt reduction units, and arm. Everything else needs to be sourced by the consumer. It requires (4) nema 23 stepper motors with 1/4" shafts with 276 in-oz torque or greater. Complete packages can be sourced from candcnc.com or many other vendors on the web.

In order to keep costs low, Precision Plasma LLC has chosen not to sell the electronics or motors with the machines. The support for the mechanics of the table is provided by Precision Plasma LLC. Support for the electronics must be sourced from the vendor which you purchase from. If you don't require support, you can piece together an electronics package with torch height control for under $1,000. If you require support, I suggest purchasing a complete package from candcnc.com for around $1,400.

Cost:

5' x 5" DIY table $4,500 + crate & shipping if required
