    Plasma cutting machine help

Hello, this is my first post. I have a problem which i think somebody may help me with. I have adtech 4200hc plama cutting machine. I use fastcam they gave me to put picture images in the machine to cut. When i put simple pictures (ex. circle) it cuts well. When I try to upload more complicated pictures, the machine says "machine coding error". I do not know how to fix this problem. I use corel draw to draw them, and open them in fastcam as .dxf format and conver them to .txt which then I pass them into the controller.

    Thank you for any help.

You should go back to the company that manufactures the cnc controller on your machine for assistance. I have never heard of an "Adtech4200HC"....can you provide more details about the machine?

this is the machine. Yes, I have been talking to them, I had some problems even before that needed to be solved, and it's pretty hard comunicating with them, they are Chinese and the people I get to talk to do not understand much about the machine, they are only marketers and the engineers don't speak english. So it is very, very hard to get feedback from them. They tell me to read manuals, I have read them all and I cannot solve the problem.

Is there something to do with fastcam, the program I ise to convert pictures into .txt?

Why do you need to change the .dxf extension to .txt?

I think I see why the .txt extension:

So you open the dxf into fastcam, convert to g-code with a .txt extension?
