Red face TAKISAWA TK2 FANUC OMC - SP NOT WORKING IN AUTO

    Dear All ,

I have a Takisawa TK-2 CNC mc with Fanuc - OMC having 2 axis. In this mc Spindle is not working in Auto mode. It is working in JOG mode OK. Machine was under breakdown for Mother bord's Memory card repair & after that Fuzi Ac Spindle drive repair. Finally restoring all data Parameter & PLC Data. Now spindle problem is there.

    I don't have Elect. Ckt & Ladder.

    Pl help.

    Thanks.

The spindle is controlled by the PMC and the 0MC should be capable of displaying the ladder, you may have to resort to this to trouble shoot.
The pertinent rungs should also share the JOG mode for spindle.
P0060 #2 turns the ladder display on.

    Dear All
we are facing a problem in TAKISAWA TM20 related to Turret not working.
this problem was generated all of sudden at the time of m/c running.
we have checked turret bit by manually rotating the Encoder, all the bits are ON/OFF
but not set as per tool No.

pl. help me how to set the turret encoder?
