    Smile Retrofit MORI-SEIKI SL1-A

    Hi guys!

    I have a FANUC AC-SPINDLE DRIVE A20B-1000-0692 and want to connect it
    to a FAGOR 8055 TC i need help with the analog i/o betwen the drive and
    8055

    As far as hooking up the analog command to the spindle drive, its a simple thing. You can find the pin-outs from the 8055 in the installation manual. You also have an enable signal and possibly the spindle drive requires and M04 and M05 direction command, both of which the CNC can easily supply via the I/O.....

    Tell me more about what the Fanuc drive requires and I can help you determine where and how to hook up from the Fagor CNC perspective.

    i dont have wiring diagram on the spindle drive an than idont sure how i
    connect it, the CN2 connector on the spindle drive is the problem.
    Fagor 8055 i have all installation manual thats no problem, do i realy need to
    connect the signal in rrc-1 on the FANUC AC-SPINDLE DRIVE A20B-1000-0692 ????
    rrc-1=spindle forward,spindle reverse,spindle orient,spindle auto,spindle manual, i wont 8055 to do that instead if it is possible
