I have to many seats, that I don't and will not need. Can I sell one to a guy I work with? Without problems? I really need to sell one.

Your best answer would be to contact bobcad and ask them. Since you purchased from them (I would assume) they will give you the answer. Some software companies will allow license transfer to another buyer and some will not, it all depends on the license agreement and their willingness to work with existing customers. If you do sell to another person and bobcad is not aware of it and has not approved it you may be in violation of copyright laws and could get into some trouble.

The last I knew BCC charges a $75.00 transfer fee.
It was a standard fee for all previous versions so I don't see why it would change now.

Just got an answer to a similar question form Bobcad. It boils down to the fact that you have to write a 'statement' that you sell the seat, to whom you sell it and either one of you pay 75 bucks. Support is not transferrable, so your friend would have to go through you to get additional help...
