Sherline's web site has pretty complete documentation for your mill. The assembly and instruction guide at the bottom of this page http://www.sherline.com/accessor.htm#millacc
includes exploded diagrams with part names and numbers.

You may be able to find parts on ebay.

Hi Michael
You can also purchase replacement parts directly from Sherline. They tend to be somewhat pricey, but I've found service to be good and shipping rates to Canada reasonable. The xy saddle, for example is listed at $72 USD, and the bases from $110 to $145 USD. I've also managed to get a bit of a price break a few years ago by purchasing from this Canadian dealer. http://www.precisionscalereplicas.com/
As mentioned, parts and assemblies sometimes crop up on ebay, though bidding on the ones in good shape tends to be heavy.
There's also this after market manufacturer that sells bases, which are bigger but also quite a bit more expensive.
