Is it the same with all axis, or is it only when you move X-axis? If it´s only are problem with X-axis, i would try to switch the linearscale giver from X-Y & Y-X to see if the problem moves to the Y-axis?

You can also try to start up the machine and let it warmup for about 20min ore more, before you try to run it? This can help if the linearscale giver is worn? Or just try to clean the scale?

    Good luck!

Have you check your machine constants, or try to reload them? What software version do you have on your Maho?
