    X axis errors

We have a 1993 Fadal 6030 with a Numatix retrofit. The problem is that when x axis is jogged at high speed, the machine will drift and an e-stop condition will occur. When observing the drive card, the LEDs beside FAULT and HS ECB light up. This only occurs when in rapid mode or jogging at high speed. The Numatix uses all the Fadal drive cards. Im assuming the HS in HS ECB means high speed. Is the card junk? On a side note the machine uses glass scales.Any help is greatly appreciated as I am under the gun big time on this job.
    Thanks in advance

You have a high speed overcurrent. I assume that this is on the X amplifier itself. I assume you have a weak motor or amp.
I can not help you with any third party control as I have no information on them.

Thanks for the reply Neal. We swapped the X axis drive with the Y axis drive and it did the same thing on Y. A replacement is on the way.
And yes the lights were on the X axis amp.
    Thanks again.
