    DNC-B to use drip feed

Hello, we have Okuma MC60HB 5-Axis machining centers with the OSP U100M-H Controls. We have the DNC-B option and we are trying to get a drip feed program to run. We have currently been unable to get the program to run. I think it may be some parameter settings that need set possibly but our programming and maintenance departments have been unable to solve. We are utilizing FactoryNet DNC but we have never before attempted to drip feed a program. Our bubble memory is too small. Has anyone been through the drip feed problem on these machines and solved it? We need a solution ASAP. Thanks

    RS232 Ports

Yes We have 2 RS232 Ports. One is labeled CHO & the other is DNC and it also has written RS232-C I/F.

You should be using the DNC connector

Turn both buffer and transfer switchs on, Then restart machine.
