Hi, I have handmade cnc machine and I use it for engraving letters in granite for a year, ( nero assolute, red africa...the hardest granites) . For now, I use incimar bit , but I intend to try vacum diamond bits. Engraving in granite is slow, demanding but effectively. There are a few pictures. Im newby in programing toolpath. I create toolpath in V - Carve, and still experimenting with feed and plunge rate....I use mach3 to run the machine. Im searching for advice, and I hope that I would be able to tip .

I use Astech router bits for hard granite 90 degrees.I buy them over the internet- aliexpress. I think its vacum plated diamonds.
