Cool GECKO G540 - Stuck in "FAULT" mode.. HELP!?!

    Hi all,

I just finnished wiring my X2 to my new G540 and can not get it out of fault mode.

I have wired the power connections and the estop is jumping pin 10 to pin 12. I disconnected all other connections one at a time to isolate the problem and am still in "FAULT" mode.

I am at a loss for what to look at next but was thinking possibly the voltage from the 48v Keling power supply it connects to is set to low (I'll have to stick it on a voltmeter). I was also wondering if I needed to coonect the 25 pin cable to the computer to exit "fault mode" but there has been no mention of it and I have yet to try.

I didnt see any refference to connecting the G540 to field ground and was questioning if that is a requirment also?

Anyone had experiance with this in the past?

The G540 will only come out of fault mode if it receives a charge pump signal from you computer through your PARALLEL port cable
you can turn the charge pump switch off and it should come out of fault

E-stop gets jumpered from terminal 10 to terminal 12 or ground.
