Well,it's broken record, time, again! Still have non functioning, single axis,simodrive610.Installed in Paul Saw.Paul tech support, says it is Go(G10),board.Siemans wants $3200,for replacement.I replaced all aluminum electrolytics on board.Drive still does not move, and the nominal +- 24 VDC,is +/-,19.7.Small improvement from the orig 18.9V.Troubleshooting tree in guide says if drive not moving, and no leds lit,GO board is culprit.Purchased used board from ePay,and same thing.Sent it back and received another.Still low 24V,and negative function.I built a comissioning box,and wired 63,64,and 65,through a momentary switch.Anyone have a working, unit?Any ideas, like a real schematic, for this drive,it could save my jo b,as they have layed off 5 workers, last week.It seems as though the nominal 24 Volts, which says 18-30,in book is a hint,as all three supplies, are less than 20 volts, which may be a coincidence, but not having a schematic,I do not know all the loads on this supply.+/-15V,is fine.HELP
