OK,got all my issues figured out and am confident of my operation of AlibreCAM. Problem is that the post only runs to about 1500 lines and stops. I know the toolpath is good as it runs 3 cut levels and then stops before the next cut level of the same toolpath. I'm guessing the Calmotion is not feeding more code into machine. Any ideas? Here's the area it happens at.

Answer:
To post properly a alrge file using AlibreCAM and a calmotion device you need to set in post preferences in setup of AC to outpost list files or you will only get what the Fadal memory will hold.
