Hi!
I have CHIRON DZ18W with SIEMENS 810 CNC.
The center build in 1992.
I have the error screen and the first error (ORD 1) I remove (replace battery), but the second error (ORD 3) is present.
Looks like I need the PLC files. Who can help me? Pllls.

If you pulled the battery, you probably lost all commissioning data.

I have an 810T, so maybe that will work. I'll attach it here and see if it works. I'll attach the PLC file (TEA2) and the full commissioning data, which has TEA1 and TEA2.

I changed the file attached as the site would not take the PLC data by itself. The new file should have 5 parts to it. One is just the PLC data from my lathe for the 810T and the the other four files are the instructions for loading the the three required for commissioning. The PLC data is contained in the commissioning data.

Follow the instructions to the letter(carefully).

The problem was solved today. The service center of Chiron send me all data for PLC.
It is real the best service center I have ever seen!

I pulled the battery as well, I tried to follow this link to download the PLC files but Industry Area just says that the link is invalid, I would be grateful if there was some way that I could get a hold of these files, thanks in advance.
