Hi,
This happened before but this time it is a bit more serious. Usually before powering off the machine I jog the X axis to the far right hand side and Y to the far North and Z to the far bottom, I realized I still got 1 more job to do so I switch on the cnc again, waited for the controller to load, then activate Jog button, press Z button and accidently jogged it to "-" direction which touches the Limit switch, now the alarm pops out 21614: hardware limit reached. From this point onwards, I cannot jog any axes, so I tried the reset by pressing "limit override" + "Reset" buttons for 3 sec., a click sound is made by the machine or maybe the servo brakes and normally at this point I should be able to jog any axes but it is not happening..I need help..

I have the same problem !! Anybody have any ideas how to jog back off the limit switch, I've removed the switch and can prove it works via the PLC input changing state but I still can't jog "off limit switch" as I can only jog the wrong direction...
Please help !!!!
