    SL-3 TURRET PROXIMITY SWITCHES

    Hello,

    I have an Mori SL-3, turret will not clamp on tool 1, rotate turret full turn 1 - 2 times will get it to seat, instead of T-1 remaining unclamped the problem may jump to T-2 or others.

    I believe it to be an issue with the proximity switches.

    How do I diagnose which switch or switches are failing?

    If you're going to dig in deep enough to replace the prox switches, maybe just replace them all. That way you know. If one went bad, the rest are probably close.
