We have 6 Takisawa TT2100s. We have noticed that on one of the turrets, when it is aligned in the x axis the tool is below the center of the chuck and the turret is slanted downward in the z axis. We have tried to figure out what is causing this but have had no luck. If we misalign the x axis we can get it to about .005 below center and that is as close as we can get.

Show me machine sir, As i can understand from this, You have to align your Turret assembly according to Spindle
