Transfer to Fanuc OMA control not complete

CNC is Serial/RS232 with converter to USB
Used for years with no problem sending files to control
Present time file will not complete after it sends about 1K. Input continues to flash indicating it has not received complete file.
Baud rate set at 9600 in control and computer. G-Code it sends is clean.
I can type code into control after it receives the 1k or so to finish the program and it runs.
Am exhausted trying to determine what is causing the problem.
Sure would like some help. lol

Try to set lower baud rate. If it will ket bigger part of file to transfer U need software that controlls ports buffer. I had this problem when I was using laptop to transmit programs to the machine. Using just text sender length of sendable code was bigger with slower baud. When i used winpcin from siemens it shows that port's buffer is clogging, but it is sending file anyway. Porobably it is not only soft that can do that.
