Hi Guys,
It's been a long while since I posted on this site, but I'm in need of some assistance.
We had a rodent find it's way into the back of our brand new VF2-SE (just two days old!) and nibbled a few wires and also a connector on the power delivery board.
The service tech has had a couple of goes at fixing it, but we're still getting an Alarm 9803 ground fault.
FYI, the board is a 4075U REV D.
I pulled the circuit breakers off and went through each and every component that I recognized to check for shorts or blown parts etc. But I'm not an electronics expert and I failed to find anything that I considered wrong.
I know it a real long shot, but does anyone out there have any experience with these boards and what to check and so on.
Failing that, anyone have a lightly used one up for sale, or perhaps know someone that does? I've found a couple online, but they're slightly to my board, and I'm pretty sure that the firmware on the STM chip on the board is not going to be the same as mine.
I'd really appreciate it if someone has any advice or can help out on some way.
Regards,
Matt
