GMN grinding spindles offer the desired performance for every type of machining. The robust design and stiffness of each spindle cover a very broad speed range. Whether grinding especially small holes or those of a larger diameter but also surfaces: Our high-frequency spindles for manual tool change provide with internal grinding, external grinding and face grinding outstanding grinding results thanks to high load capacity, stiffness, smoothness and precision.
The drive of the spindles is direct from an integrated motor or external belt drive/coupling. Stiffness and precise runs are ensured with GMN’s hybrid ball bearings for oil-air lubrication or permanent grease lubrication. The spindles are equipped with different tool interfaces depending on the series.
